There will several places to meet before we go to help out BrotherJones depending on where you are coming from.

  • Meeting spot number 1 - For those staying at the hotel we can meet in the lobby at about 10:00am.

Please visit this (post) for details, exact addresses and phone numbers. Food and cold beverages will be served...

Meet socail

  • Evening socail - After we're done working hard all day for the betterment of man, woman, and child, we will be kicking back and relaxing with a frosty beverage of choice at Foreplay Sports Club in Portland's Old Port, located at 436 Fore St. which is about 6.5 miles/15 minutes from where the after hours socail will be (an easy cab ride).

The Evening Socail will be from 6 until 11pm. So what's there to do at Foreplay? Well, it's a sports club so you can enjoy pool, foosball, darts, air hockey, or watch the game on TV. They do serve bar food, and there are many delicious restaurants in walking distance as well. People can leave earlier or stay longer as they wish. We will be having an afterparty at the hotel hospitality suite. See this thread for details.

  • After hours socail will take place at a hospitality suite and will open it's doors for Kappas @ 12 midnight and run until the last Kappa is standing. Visit this thread for more info.
